sold1994 Terry 39\' Travel Trailer/Park Model – Two bedroom

I am selling my 1994 39′ travel trailer (bumper pull) as I am upgrading to a newer unit. Two bedroom unit with a bedroom in front and back of the trailer. Sliding patio door in living room. The trailer is used, but in decent shape for it’s year. There are marks on the rear bedroom walls as I had removed a number of cupboards to fit beds in there and never patched the screw holes in the walls. A few spots on the trailer show area where water had leaked in. I had the roof patched and re-coated the summer of 2018 to take of these areas.

– Queen bed in front bedroom, futon in the back bedroom.

– RV size – stove/range – works good.
– Furnace – works but furnace makes some noise. I have not really used it much.
– A/C – works good.
– Water heater – 10 gallon – works good.

– Roof – decent shape. I had two soft spots patched and then roof totally re-coated in 2018.
– 2 – 30 gallon propane tanks.
– 8×20 deck – deck can be broken down into 4 sections to be moved.

Buyer will need to move. Currently located at Fishers Resort on Mille Lacs.
