ry a new lift solenoid perhaps? Maybe it’s called a relay, I’m not sure. I believe there should be a solenoid for the up function and also one for the down. Try switching the solenoids around and see if your problem changes. They are the 2 1″x1″ square boxes in this picture. Worth a shot anyway.
They’re relays, but you are 100% correct, this is usually the issue. You can see in your picture, you’re running 2 different brands on that motor, so at one point at least one has been changed out.
Switch the relays and see if the problem reverses so the motor only goes up, not down. Then you’ve found your culprit.
Just my opinion, but I’d change them both at the same time if this is the issue. Otherwise it’s only a matter of time.
