Last February darned near killed me. I don’t mind winter as long as we don’t have that again.

Wishing for a winter like last year,is like wishing syphilis on your partner.Too much snow, not enough thaw cycles.

So you’re saying you don’t watch anything on YouTube. Thanks for the input.

This guy gives excellent weather forecasts in the winter. He breaks down the tracks of all the major winter storms and gives his predictions using all of the major weather models. He also looks a couple weeks ahead and gives his predictions about the general weather patterns.

There had never been a 100″ snow season on record…EVER in Southern MN. It won’t happen this year again. I’m guessing a typical winter with some extreme cold spells, some thaws, and a lot of people happy for Spring.

Here is a picture from the top of my house. I had to shovel the snow off the roof. Ok, that was a little too much snow but what can you do? I could literally walk down the snow bank to get off the roof. Crazy

We had snow piled 8 feet high all around our front yard, I can’t imagine what it will be this year.

I’m with you on that one. That was far too much snow. Ice conditions were great but even with my snowmobile I was having a hard time getting to spots.

I had property damage at my lake place with the May 8th snowstorm of 10 wet heavy inches. Here we are 6 months later to the date locked into way below average temps I’m seeing single digits and nothing but cold on the forecast. Add cloudy skies every day and early darkness and I’m borderline depressed already. And I like winter.
