13 Fishing Omen Rod

    Has anybody tried the 13 Fishing Omen ice rod? I couldn’t find any reviews online and was wonder if anybody has used this rod and what their impressions were.

    I’m not a big ice fisher but I have 4 of the Wicked ML rods. I replaced my hodge podge of other stuff with them and they are the nicest ice rods I’ve personally used which, to be honest, isn’t saying much. I haven’t caught anything huge but used them on Mille Lacs and LotW for example and have been very happy with them.

    Just based on that I was thinking of ordering a couple Omen MH rods for lake trout fishing that I want to try this winter so I’d also be interested in hearing how they are. I’m sure they’re no TUCR but the price is right for me!

    Hated the omen long rods. Had issues with 3 of them. But I have no idea what the ice rod is like.
    I do have 2 widow makers and 1 wi ked ice and really like them

    Thanks, for the replies. I think I’m going to pull the trigger and buy, since it seems like people like the other rod models by 13 fishing.
