Yes, but I’ll go freaking bonkers if they ever quit making the $1 note and just go with a $1 coin only.

I’ve lived in countries where they only have 1 unit coins instead of notes and it drives me nuts. I hate getting gobs of great big coins as change. Since most countries want their fractional coins to be smaller than their 1 unit coins, the damn 1 unit is always the biggest and heaviest of the lot.

This would change the strip club industry as we know it.

I don’t even want to know what a $1 buys you today at a strip club. That was the going rate 50 years ago. I’d recommend $5’s and $10’s if you are inclined to tip the ladies.

I was a big fan of $1.00 coins a few years ago….Put a 5 dollar bill in a change machine to get quarters and out came twenty $1.00 coins….Yes I put more bills in and played the winning slot machine until it was empty.

I’ve got the $1 coin in change that was suppose to be a quarter. (Bill changer at a car wash)

Go and try to spend one of those old $2 bills at a coffee shop where no one is older than 25. shock

Who wants to look at strippers after everyone throws coins at them. Bruised and lawyered up to sue someone for damages.

The dollar coin is a conspiracy between the government and the clothing industry.

The government wants you to collect them taking them out of service.

The clothing industry wants you to use coins so you wear holes in your pants pockets. After all, is anyone patching holes in pants legs much less pockets?

This all ties into the flu shot somehow, I just haven’t connected the dots yet.

They still make $2 bills. You just don’t see a lot of them because banks generally pull them out of circulation.
