The wind was oh so perfect on my shore fishing spot. I got 6 between 23″ and 25.5″ on a firetiger Rippen Rap and a white X-Rap Shad Shallow. 6 hits 6 fish caught. I fished until 2:40am. Got other places to fish and other species to catch.

I should of stayed at Mille Lacs. All I got for switching lakes was a couple of 14″ largemouth and one small pike. Cold front and low water were not a good combination for my other shore fishing spots. I’ll probably hit Mille Lacs again tonight.
Well I didn’t make it back to Mille Lacs until after 3AM. The wind was 5 to 10mph stronger and more out of the SE, than yesterday where it was more NE. I fished until sunrise only getting this 1 bite on the Husky Jerk.
